Hotel Reservations
Please read ALL instructions carefully before proceeding! Instructions for booking your hotel reservation are provided below. Special rates have been secured in advance. Please follow either of the links below, and then the instructions as outlined, completing your reservation by Monday, June 14, 2010 to receive the best rate. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations.
On-line Reservation Instructions:
- Click on either the link to the Ottawa Marriott® Hotel or the Hotel Reservation Link with the group code FUWFUWA already entered. In the latter case, skip Steps 2, 4, and 5 below.
- Click on Check Rates & Availability.
- Select your check-in and check-out dates, the number of rooms, number of guests per room, and other requirements.
- Click on Special Rates & Awards.
- Enter group code FUWFUWA in the Group code section.
- Scroll down and click on Check availability.
- The abbreviated name for Canadian Federation of University Women, FDRTN UNVSTY WOMEN, will appear with the booking option.
- Click on the "Reserve a Room" button to choose a room type (e.g. 1 king bed, 2 double beds, accessible room) and other room options (e.g. early check-in, location).
- Click on Continue to review and edit reservation information.
- Click on Continue again to complete guest information (name, address, email address, etc.), credit card information and to add comments. Under comments, include your expected time of arrival and any additional requirements, such as a refrigerator for medications.
- Click on Complete Reservation.
- Your reservation is completed and an email reservation confirmation will be sent to you from the Hotel.
